Data on your phone
Everything you create in Prompterio is stored only on your device. Delete items inside the app, or uninstall the app (or Android Settings → Apps → Prompterio → Storage → Clear storage) to remove all of it at once.
Analytics data
Analytics is pseudonymous and tied to an app-instance identifier, not to your name or email. To request deletion, email [email protected] with the subject “Prompterio data deletion”; we answer within 30 days. Analytics data is otherwise deleted automatically after 14 months.
AI credits
Write with AI texts and voice notes are not stored after the reply is produced. The AI service keeps only an anonymous app-instance identifier and your credit balance; email us (address above) to have that record deleted.
Purchases
Purchase records are kept by Google Play; manage them in your Google account.
